Thanks Chris. These days, my feeds are full of articles from writers I do not follow or pubs I do not follow. I find it strange that I'm getting so many many of these articles (at least 80%). Most of these writers are competent but probably won't crack into the field of "great writers." Others are good, have topics that interest me, and are worthy of being followed.

I get articles from three popular writers. One I have followed, the other two not. If the rumors are true at how big their Medium paycheck is, they are way overpaid. I try not to click on these articles.

I have 919 followers. At least 200 of them are still active on Medium. If some of them liked the TDG (beyond a casual follow), they should have seen many of my 49 articles on their feeds. I don't think Medium is doing a good job of delivering articles a reader wants to have. There is not much I can do about that.
