Sorry, ever since Mr. Trump could not be relegated to fourth position in the 2016 Republican primaries, I saw the USA moving towards a failed state.

Canada is showing signs. The Conservative Party has ousted its second moderate conservative leader (for not winning the election). A more radical leader is a big frontrunner; he will likely be the leader.

The governing Liberals, through their own fault or not, will eventually be in a position not to win an election, leaving the Conservatives to run the show, which will likely be following whatever the USA does. We too are moving towards a failed state.

I don't think writing more Medium articles is going to change this trend. It is time to build a new democracy .
