The American government closed its border to unvaccinated truckers the same time as Canada. There's nothing the Canadian government can do to allow unvaccinated truckers into the USA.

There is a shortage of truck drivers in Canada. Unvaccinated truckers should be be able to find lots of work between Vancouver, Halifax, and Yellowknife.

At least 70% of Canadian truckers are already vaccinated. They think the unvaccinated truckers are silly.

This is not a truckers' protest. It is an antivaxxer protest, probably funded from nefarious sources in the USA.
