The book burner from Missouri has been all over Mastodon in the past few days. Ridiculed on the part of Mastodon I belong to, but probably exalted in the right-wing corners.

Too many paradoxes in the MAGA movement. And I think they know it. All these "core" issues are cover for a possible big change in the American power structure, with much fewer people involved in the decision making. Some people want to dominate other people. That's human nature. When domination is the goal and the goal looks like it can be realized, it is easy to overlook the obvious faults of the movement.

While that is my hypothesis for MAGA, exposing them in this way is not that important. We need to go beyond them.
