When Ukraine got its brand, new, shiny constitution--designed by western political scientists--the country was still run by Russian oligarchs who were skimming the Ukrainian economy. Another reason for the war was that Ukraine was in a transitioning from Russian Oligarchs to Ukrainian Oligarchs. Not exactly the progress we were lookin for.

When the dust settles, the political scientists will flock to Kiev (and probably with the IMF) to create another band-aid solution that certain parties can profit from.
