The source of the problem can be seen in the recent Virginia election.

R's got 1,660,000 votes

D's got 1,588,000 votes

Others got 25,000 votes

Didn't Vote numbered 2,677.000

Republicans were still a viable contender despite all their antics since January 6, 2021. The voters should have slapped them all the way to a 20% approval rating. They didn't.

We can blame the non-voters. If 100,000 came out, "the lesser of the two evils" would have won.

But the non-voters didn't come out to vote. Why? They didn't read enough Umair articles?

There's going to no NEW DEALS or SOCIAL CONTRACTS with this political climate. Umair could write 10 Umair articles a day and nothing would change except Umair's bank account.
