The trouble of this article is to consider where it could lead us--if it gets its way.
It's not a hard stretch to imagine that the political right should be deprived of their vote--because they are just plain foolish. Only the left has the wisdom to govern. They would govern better if it didn't have the political right to be a political force.
In some ways, I see the current machinations of the Republican as a means of "we have to do it to THEM first THEY they do it to us."
Is this not a sign that we really need to govern differently?
