The trouble with Umair articles is that he comforts his fans that it is the other side's responsibility to change. We need only point out the error of their ways. Or perhaps I should say: "Let Umair point out the error of their ways."

In these times, we are relying too much on politicians to fix things----because they tell us they can fix things to get our vote. So we can go back to watching movies and sports and sitting in pubs.

Our 19th centuries democracies are failing us in the 21st centuries. We need to get to work to build a new democracy.
