There are a couple of fellows here who have some out-of-box ideas. One has a new way of increasing the money supply by implementing a version of a universal basic income. Another has a vision for a hydrogen economy where we buy things in hydrogen dollars.
I like their visions, but I do not understand them as well as I would like. When I ask for clarification, I get a response something like "If you had only read properly. . . " or "It's not that difficult to understand." These comments are not helpful for me.
I still read these fellows hoping to get some new insights into their vision. But I seldom comment anymore.

My editor for my TDG book (third & fourth versions), Cherie, was not a political person. She often pointed out parts she did not understand. Whenever she made a comment, I took it as a signal that I needed to improve the wordage around that comment. And one thing I have learned about writing, there is ALWAYS a way to make it better.
Cherie had an important part of where my books are where they are today. I could have told her to "read better."

Trying to present your idea in a few articles on Medium is not the best format. However, it is the format available for you and I.
As a reader, I do move quickly through my 20 or so Medium articles I read each day. So concepts may be missed. If I read thoroughly, I would read fewer articles.
And often, big ideas require more than one article----and readers may not see the links between articles or want to click on them.
I don't have a good answer for this challenge as I am still struggling to move people from a quick read to a more thorough read. Even my few lukewarm fans have not read my book yet.
---------------------
You gave me a few links to your work. I gave them a quick read. Here was my general impression:
The worker's cooperative you have described would take the investors' money and give most the decision making and profits to the workers. I do not see such an attitude of being able to find seed or expansion capital.
There is a general misunderstanding from the public that business is easy. Running a business is not that much different than serving food in restaurant or putting two parts together on an assembly line. I get a sense that you think the same way.
I also got a sense of a lot of contempt for today's legal structures for business, as if anyone can write new articles for business in a few hours.
While I might have misread your intentions, these were my first impressions of your idea. If I am thinking like this, other readers are thinking the same way. They are not coming back to your work. And they are not telling you why they left.
And I say this in all humbleness as my retention of loyal readers is in short supply.
You can use my comments to help make your work a little better. Or you can claim I did not read your work properly.

Having said all that, your idea of workers' co-operatives would have more purchase with the public than my spolu.
But as your workers' cooperative is structured, its chance of success is lower than my TDG.
