There are indeed some good things with this infrastructure bill. It's just good Keynesian economics.

However, it will also make the wealthy a little more wealthier. The companies that win contracts will also win profits. Some of those profits will go back to the DNC.

You also mention "If anyone can be found to work them". I predict that these projects will find it difficult to find qualified workers. Contracts will be based on "old wages." Big construction projects require workers to travel far away from home. Many will not sacrifice this for the old wages. So contracts will have to be rewritten to pay workers more. Another source to skim the government.
