There have been a few satire pieces on Medium that took me some time to realized they were satire.

I think there is a balance. The satire must be believeable, yet some clues must be given to let the reader know it is satire. Or maybe I just might out of tune in this manner.

The Atlantic posted an article about anti-Trumpers posing as Trumpers to take part in right-wing discussion groups. The idea is to get these people thinking, but not be so obvious to get kicked out of these forums. I almost think this essay might work in this regard.
