There is no right answer here, indeed. I think the best thing is to allow "facts" out, and let others make their own decisions. Don't pass any judgement on those decisions.

There are many great actors out there. Somehow we need to find the ones with better character and elevate them. But easier said than done.

Allowing mentally ill people to acquire fame and fortune is probably not good for society. They need to deal with their demons first.
