They say some addicts need to almost need to hit rock bottom before they see the error of their ways.

It would be nice for 1% of Americans to see the error of their ways--and start working for another way. But the dancing in the street shortly after Nov 3 was not the right emotion.

For some strange reason, Canada is not close to rock bottom yet. For that reason, I think the liklihood of finding 1% af Americans to start building is higher than 1% of Canadians.
