This article "filled in many holes" for me. If we were to listen to the politicians, media , and even experts, it seemed the ability to do lots of testing has also been there. I can't recall anyone saying something like "We have serious logical problems in getting the right amount of testing done."

This whole testing charade shows ineptness in government. It is time for a new system.
