This article was a paradox. It seemed to have an important message to it. But it was a hard read. I don't think that is the writer's fault: I sensed a rather convoluted topic here.
I just don't have the time or energy to fully read this article. Which then brings up an important point:
How are average citizens supposed to keep up with all the issues within government--and supposedly cast a wise vote every four years? We just can't stay on top of everything that is happening.
We really need a system of governance where are elected and appointed officials are resolving these kinds of dilemmas with competence and without bias.
