This current drama has roots that go back 30 years. Believing the one election is going to change the destiny (whatever that destiny may be) of the USA is naive.

From my perspective, a Republican oligarchy would more likely move my alternative democracy forward than a Democrat oligarchy.

And yes, a Democrat oligarchy is also possible.
