Unfortunately, too many people do play with a get-rich-quick attitude. And for those who have a more reasonable approach, they are losing some of their life focus for other things of life.

Whenever I have bought a lottery ticket, my mind does wander to "Here's what I do if I win." But if I don't buy, these thoughts do not enter my head. I am more focused without lotteries in my life.

For this reason, I have not bought lottery tickets for a long time.

The energy expended on writing this paper could have gone to other places.
