This is definitely one of the better ideas I've read about in Medium about fixing American democracy. From my understanding the US constitution, the states can select their congressmen anyway they want. Maine and Nebraska have already gone different ways.

I really liked your comment at how the Constitution was designed with 18th century communication and transportation systems. Yet USA cannot move passed that time.

While USA may be better governed with three or more parties, we really need to get rid of all the political parties. Then we will really move forward.
