This sort of reminds me of Colonel Cathcart of Catch-22. He had a system where the better people had more votes than the worse people.

It's a slippery slope to deny voting rights--even for good reasons.

I invented an alternative democracy. Everyone votes, yet no demographic group can feather their own nest with their vote.
