This thing we call "happiness" is so elusive.

I'm thinking about starting a new Medium pub to deal specifically with my "Tiered Democratic Governance" concept. I would be the only contributor, but responses would welcome.

I'm not anticipating a great following for this pub, but it does allow me to focus my time and energy while trying to promote the TDG (I have two more TDG novels I want to write). And I think Medium is a good place to park my ideas away from my website.

Any pointers? I'm a little confused with the headings within any pub. What is their purpose? How should I set this up?

Any insights would be useful.
