Tony. I did understand your point about the prime minister being a member of parliament, while the president is not a member of Congress.
But all three types of democracy today--Westminster, American, and European proportional representation have the 12 limitations of western democracy. My system gets rid of all 12. So to me, the differences between the current systems are minor. We need to really think beyond what we have today.

I'm reading a series by Francis Fukuyama called "Political Order and Political Decay". Good analysis of how we came to where to are today. But I don't think this fellow has any idea of where we need to be tomorrow.
