We can blame the governments for their patchwork restrictions. But the real problem is the people. Social distancing, wearing masks, and minimizing social outings are ALL something EVERYONE can do, regardless of whatever the governments and their scientists decide. Had we the people adhered to these simple common sense guidelines, the transmission rate would be cut in half--without the government having to lift one finger.

But we didn't. This weekend, millions of Amercians are flying all over the place to spread the disease.

Is it any wonder why the governments are so impotent?
