We have a third-rate ball team in my town, Brooks Alberta. Most players come from the US, and they have to buy their own plane tickets to spend the summer here. Very few of them will ever make it to the pros. Definitely no roster consistency!

But it's fun to watch. Nothing like a warm summer evening, watching the sun go down, taking in a game. I don't care who wins or loses. But the Brooks Bombers could use a Toast Man.
