Well, Marley. I was expecting a lot more comments from an article like this. But it is only one Medium day old as I write this response.

Where we put our energy says a lot about where our civilization is going. All the liberal thinking in the world can't move the world forward if the liberals are putting a lot of thought into their own sexual gratification. To maybe summarize my thoughts on this matter, we need to give sex a lower priority in our lives.

In 2018, a fellow from a G+ group where I was promoting the TDG recommended that I write a novel about the early TDG.

My second novel is about a young African-American woman, Thelma Delgers, who becomes a TDG builder. The main story is about her service to USA's new democracy. But I flashback to her earlier life when she had adopted a promiscuous lifestyle--and how she realized how silly that lifestyle really was. This story shows two Thelma: the Thelma who is serving her community and the Thelma who is mostly for herself.

I think many people have taken Thelma's journey. The alcohol industry has a big part in promoting the wild side to youth, which is not conducive to an advancing civilization.

I fell into this trap myself--but I was not very good with the girls. Mostly binge drinking to relieve the pain of a dysfunctional childhood.
