Well, you can't blame me.

In 2009, I put together the third edition of "Tiered Democratic Governance." It was this version that I got all the pieces of this system together.

I spent about $2000 in Google ads. I got a lot of people (mostly Americans) to the landing page, but few went any further.

And in 2009, I figured that the USA had about 20 years left before it fell apart. Average Americans could build the TDG in this time. Twenty years might have been a little too generous.

Anyways, the USA can still build the TDG in a partial collapse. I need to rewrite Chapter 7 a bit to explain this process.

What do average Americans really have to lose by considering the TDG?
