While the dancing in the street after the Biden victory was premature, so too is the belief that USA can somehow vote its way out of this situation.

The 30% of Americans who believe the election was rigged are at a point where democracy does not matter any more. There might as well be an oligarchy, and they want a "high" spot in it.

Mr. Trump need only say something like: "Occupy all federal buildings" and the USA has 100 Waco situations. All the voting in the world will not change this possibility.

True it is that Trump was not created in a vaccuum. But the system that created Trump 1.0 could also create Trump 2.0.

It's time to build a new system.
