Yes, cultures change slowly. But they are always changing, even if they do not recognize the change. Afghanistan has had 15 years of girls going to schools. It will be interesting to see what impact that will have. And then there is the Afghani diaspora that has recently been thrust to other parts of the world.

CNN interviewed a Taliban lieutenant. He said the Taliban's goal is to force their version of Sharia law over the rest of the world. We will be back there, but hopefully with a better plan in place.

Your articles on Medium are another example of trying to change another culture: either the MAGA culture or the culture that does not vote (100 m in the last election). Otherwise there is no point to your articles.

I too am trying to change to a culture. It's time to replace western democracy with a better version.
