I went back to the CBC Radio website (for the second time) to find the Idaho podcast. I can't seem to find it. If they have pulled the story, that is a sign of less-than-adequate journalism.
The radio documentary said rural hospitals were closing the obstetrics wards, mostly for fear of running afoul of the new laws. The rest of the hospitals were left intact.
