I wasn't terribly surprised about January 6. There were social/political forces that allowed the Trump in 2016. All sorts of possiblitiies became possible.

The drama ain't over yet. Maybe the Biden plan has been managing things wisely in these difficult times. Maybe they have some more moves to make. But the average citizen--for whatever side--really has little say in the near future of the USA.
