You may know more about this than I. I believe the pipelines from the Russian oil & gas fields to central Europe have been shut down. They travel through Ukraine.
The United States somehow managed to set up an LNG network in the US to supply central and western Europe, but that will drastically draw down US gas reserves.
As for oil, it seems the Russians have found ways to move some of its oil around without those international pipelines.
Maybe an article on how Russian oil & gas are still flowing.
BTW, I taught English in Slovakia to the company that manages one of Europe's biggest gas storage sites. I suspect that site is pretty idle these days. It was right next to Austria.
